• Third finger L.H. - Don't pull back - keep right above G key.

• Scales - pick metronome speed (at least 100) C, F, G, Bb, D, Eb, chromatic

• Blow more air!

• Listen to note before the breath.

• Blow through 16th notes - not too fast.

• Finger exercises!!!

2/10/03

• Finger ex. - same ones plus

  • F-G-A - watch L.H. third finger - don't pull back

  • D-F - watch R.H.

  • D-E - watch R.H.

• LH pinky above flute

• Scales (1/4 = 132)

I think the spanish classes are taking over the excitement of the flute lessons....
